Hello. My name is Bill Kuhnke. I am a professional hydrologic engineer in the province of Alberta, Canada.
After over 30 years of experience as a hydrologic engineer for the Province of Alberta, I recently left that position and set up my own company, Headwaters Hydrology Ltd., so that I can provide hydrologic and climatological analysis services from the private sector.
